1, Steam heating method
Some customers may choose steam as the heating method for vacuum emulsifiers due to the special nature of the production materials or when there is ready-made steam on the customer's production site. The steam heating method can also control the material heating temperature through an automated temperature control system.
2, Electric heating method
In many industrial settings, electric heating is popular and is a built-in function of vacuum emulsifiers. The temperature control system consists of a temperature sensor heating medium layer and an insulation layer, which can easily and conveniently control the temperature without the need for additional heating equipment, greatly reducing heating costs. When heating the medium layer, different media can be selected according to the processing temperature of different materials, commonly used include water, thermal oil, etc.
