1. The V-belts should be equal in length and length, placed in the transmission box, and tightened properly. Tighten the slide bolts and cover the upper cover.

2. If the equipment is not used for long-term parking, the power must be cut off, all scrubbed clean, oil is injected into each lubrication part, and the main shaft and cylinder are oiled and rustproof.

3. Use 46# hydraulic oil for the fuel tank, replace it once every six months, and clean the fuel tank. The filter is cleaned once a month and cleaned once every two or three days after oil change.

4. The gears, bearings, balls, shafts, bushings and cylinders of the rotating part of the dispersing machine are filled once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in time.

5. If the thermal relay is stopped due to overload, the “reset” button of the thermal relay must be removed to continue operation.

6. The AC contactor is inspected once every six months, and the equipment is used once a year for inspection.

7. Regularly check the wearing parts of the dispersing machine, such as bearings, oil seals, etc., and find that there is wear and tear immediately.
