3. At the outer end of the rotor rotating at high speed, a linear velocity of at least 15m/s is generated, and strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction, impact tearing are formed, so that the material is fully dispersed and emulsified, homogenously broken, and simultaneously By ejecting from the radial direction. After one treatment or cycle treatment, the dispersion emulsification and homogenization process is finally completed.

 

4. After the vacuum emulsifier completes the first group of work, the material enters the second fixed and rotor working area from the centrifugal force of the second group of rotors, and once again passes through multiple layers, dense and uniform shearing of the stator and rotor. After being sprayed from the radial direction, under the action of the centrifugal force of the third group of rotors, the third group of stator and rotor working areas are entered to complete the processes of dispersion and emulsification homogenization. After three sets of stators and rotors are processed in sequence, the materials are uniformly treated in the shortest time, and finally the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization processes are completed.
