A single-stage pipeline type high shear emulsification machine is a high-efficiency emulsification machine that generates or circulates fine materials continuously; the motor causes the rotor to run at high speed. The action of hydraulic force and centrifugal force narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, so that one phase is evenly distributed in another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining, homogenising, and dispersing emulsification, and thus forming a stable emulsion state. The front stage of the equipment can be outfitted with a feeding pump, which is useful for medium-high viscosity materials.
