Working principle:
Three-stage high shear emulsification pump adopts horizontal structure. Three sets of rotor stators are installed in the narrow and long working chamber. The rotor stator can be designed into two, four, and six layers, with the number of teeth from coarse to fine, and the rotor stator is coupled in a dual way, with a high degree of coordination. The transmission shaft in the working chamber adopts cantilever elastic coupling to connect the motor with the main shaft in the bearing box to improve the operation quality of the transmission shaft. The sealing form is selected according to different working conditions of the bureau. The rotor operates at high speed to form a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the rotor stator cavity from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor produce extremely high linear speed, which makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the rotor and the stator gap. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
