Product Introduction
The temperature of the vacuum emulsifying machine has a great influence on the emulsification, but there is no strict limit on the temperature. For example, if oil and water are both liquids, they can be emulsified by stirring at room temperature. Generally, the emulsification temperature depends on the melting point of the high melting point substances contained in the two phases, as well as the types of emulsifiers and the solubility of oil phase and water phase.
In addition, the temperature of the two phases should be kept close to the same, especially for the wax and fat phase components with high melting point (above 70 ℃), when emulsifying, the low-temperature water phase should not be added, so as to prevent the vacuum emulsifying machine from crystallizing the wax and fat before emulsifying, resulting in blocky or rough uneven emulsion. Generally speaking, when emulsifying, the temperature of oil and water can be controlled between 75 ℃ - 85 ℃. If the oil phase has high melting point wax and other components, the emulsification temperature will be higher at this time.
In addition, if the viscosity of the vacuum emulsifying machine increases greatly during the emulsification process, and the so-called too thick affects the mixing, the emulsifying temperature can be appropriately increased. If the emulsifier used has a certain phase transition temperature, the emulsification temperature is also selected around the phase transition temperature. Emulsification temperature sometimes also has an effect on the particle size of emulsion. For example, fatty acid soap anionic emulsifier is generally used. When the primary soap method is used for emulsification, when the emulsification temperature is controlled at 80 ℃, the particle size of the emulsion is about 1.8-2.0 μ m. If emulsification is carried out at 60 ℃, the particle size is about 6 μ m。 When non-ionic emulsifier is used for emulsification, the emulsification temperature has a weak effect on the particle size.
