Product Introduction

1. the vacuum homogenizing emulsifying machine has a common visual equipment. There is a clean scraper under the glass plate and is equipped with closed lighting for the operating staff to investigate the emulsification status of materials at any time. Jacket electric heating, reasonable jacket cooling and outer thermal insulation shall be selected for the heating of the emulsifying pot to prevent workers from scalding and ensure production safety.

2. the frame type wall scraping mixing is selected for the mixing of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier. Under the centrifugal action generated during the operation of the mixer, the Teflon scraper clings to the boiler wall, effectively solving the problem of material sticking to the boiler without leaving dead corners. The ideal speed regulating equipment can adjust its speed arbitrarily.

3. the lid of the main pot can be lifted and lowered automatically, and the tilting discharging method can ensure that the materials can be discharged completely to the maximum limit without leaving any residual materials. Hydraulic lifting and manual feeding system (above 200l, electric feeding).

4. vacuum defoaming makes the materials meet the sterility requirements, and vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials to prevent dust from flying. The whole process is completed under vacuum, without bacterial infection, and extends the product shelf life.

5. the pot body of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is welded with three layers of stainless steel plates. The tank body and pipeline are mirror polished, which fully meets the GMP requirements.

6. the material can be heated by heating the heat-conducting medium in the interlayer through electric heating, which can also be planned as steam heating. The heating temperature can be set, automatically controlled, and the operation is simple and convenient.
