The features of the Mayonnaise salad dressing making machine
The vacuum emulsifier homogenizer machine consists of mixing, homogenising, dispersion, emulsifying, and a button or plc control system. It can also be used with water phase, oil, vacuum, heating/cooling system, etc. Materials are stirred in the upper tank, sticky materials are scraped off the walls with a PTFE scraper, and then the materials are compressed, cut at a high shear, and the bubbles that formed during the mixing process are quickly expelled because the emulsification tank is under vacuum.
Emulsifying tank
Emulsifying tank lid has spice inlet、material inlet ,air filter ,view window ,sight glass light.
Oil and water tank
The oil and water tank mixers have exactly the same construction. There's a high speed disperser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients. Some customers will omit the oil and water phase mixers and keep the main emulsification machine only.
Cleaning ball
After the hose is connected to the top of the cleaning ball, the cleaning ball is ejected, it is easy to clean the whole tank, and all the waste liquid is discharged.
