First, adjust the time relay to the required working time and press the homogenizer start button.

(depending on the process requirements) homogenous cutting and scraper mixing: after feeding (water can be used to replace it during commissioning), turn on the corresponding control switch to control the operation of the homogenizer and scraper mixing.

Before the mixing is started, it should also be inched to check whether there is any abnormality in the mixing scraper wall, and if so, it should be immediately removed.

Pay attention to keep the homogenizer clean. If the homogenizer is out of use or materials need to be replaced, the parts contacting the working fluid shall be cleaned as required, especially the cutting sleeve of the cutting wheel at its head, the sliding bearing and the shaft sleeve in the homogenizing shaft sleeve. After cleaning and reassembly, the hand rotating impeller shall be free of stagnation. After the two flanges of the pot body and the pot cover are relatively fixed, the motor of the inching homogenizer shall be rotated correctly and no other abnormalities shall be found before starting the operation.

Due to the extremely high speed of the homogeneous cutting head, it is not allowed to operate in the empty pot state, so as not to affect the sealing degree after local heating.

The homogenizer is reversed from top to bottom. After the motor is connected or is not used for a long time, it should be jogged for trial rotation. The rotation of the mixing frame is reversed from top to bottom, and the rotation of the mixing blade is clockwise from top to bottom.

During commissioning, the mixer shall be jogged for trial run, and the homogenizer shall be operated after confirmation.
