The features of the Machine to make mayonnaise
Equipment function:
1. The top of the main pot is filled with liquid and added with trace elements. The water pan and oil pan are semi-open, convenient for feeding.
2. Vacuum feeding function of main boiler.
3. The frame-type mixing and blade mixing operate in the opposite direction, which can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The frame-type mixing is equipped with a scraper without dead angle.
4. Adopt German technology high shear homogenizer, screw belt mixing, internal and external circulation homogenization.
5. The bottom of the main boiler adopts the bottom valve, which has the function of positive pressure discharge without dead angle.
6. The emulsification pan and premix pan are made of three layers, with jacket inside, and can be heated or cooled by water.
7. Hydraulic lifting function of main boiler cover. The pot body dumping function is convenient for cleaning in the pot.
8. The control panel has on, off, emergency stop switch, upper and lower limit setting display of temperature adjustment, control setting of mixing speed (variable frequency speed regulation), homogenization speed, homogenization time, vacuum, lighting, including all functions of the premix boiler, and lifting control of the hydraulic system.
9. The main pot cover is equipped with a lamp and a wiping mirror to facilitate the observation of the state in the pot.
10. It is also equipped with emergency stop function.
