High Speed Mixer Homogenizer

Emulsification is the process of mixing two liquids that are difficult to mix. The main purpose of emulsification is to disperse the discontinuous phase into smaller droplets. The rotor-stator device is particularly suitable for emulsification tasks. The combined action of high shearing force and high expansion force in the mixing head makes the droplets small. In addition, the large turbulence enables the rotor-stator device to help transport emulsifier molecules quickly to the reformed surface.

Product Introduction

1. The all-around wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment, so that high quality products of different processes according to customer requirements.

2. The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials such as AES, AESA, LSA,etc.during the liquid detergent production period.

3. The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.the tank body and the pipes adopt 5 times mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.

4. The motor for homogenizer and stirring paddle, we only use Siemens or ABB, with higher quality and longer working life.
