Application and characteristics of reactor:

Through the structural design and parameter configuration of the container, the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixing functions required by the process can be realized. The stainless steel reactor can be different according to different production processes and operating conditions. The design structure and parameters of the reactor are different, that is, the structural style of the reactor is different, which belongs to non-standard container equipment.

The materials of the reaction kettle are generally carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials. The reactor can be made of stainless steel 304, 316 and other stainless steel materials. Agitators include anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type and combined type. The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloid needle wheel reducer, stepless speed reducer or variable frequency speed regulation, etc. The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structures. Jacket, half pipe, coil, Miller plate and other structures can be used for heating and cooling. The heating methods include steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. It can be designed and manufactured according to the process requirements of users.
