The machine is made up of a large vane mixer for mixing high viscosity materials and a small strong cutting type homogenizing mixer for high speed mixing.
Scrapers are provided around the mixer's vanes. Scrapers can effectively remove materials stuck to the boiler wall, allowing for adequate material blending. The scraped treatment fluids are mixed and flow downwards to the position below the vessel where the homogenizing mixer can perform pretreatment via the cutting, pressing, and folding functions of two sets of reverse mixers.
