The features of the pneumatic lifting high shear mixer
Driven by an electric motor, the high-speed rotating rotor sucks the material from the bottom of the container into the rotor area, enduring a strong mixing effect. The material is forced to pass through the precise fit between the stator and rotor, and then is thrown out of the stator hole.
Under intense mechanical and hydraulic shear, the particles are crushed, while new material is sucked into the center of the rotor. The pushed out material changes direction on the container wall, completing a cycle.
