How can a vacuum homogenizer mixer work First, the air inside the tank is evacuated by a vacuum pump so that the mixer reaches the negative pressure set on the electrical panel. The base material is then sucked into the mixer by vacuum. At this stage, the homogenizer pump and scraper are turned on and other formulation materials are added to the mixer. The homogenizer is responsible for homogenizing the product. The scraper also scrubs the walls inside the mixer to prevent the formation of boundary layers. In addition, the scraper accelerates the cooling and heating processes of the product. A sampling valve is installed on the circulation path. Also, a digital thermometer displays the temperature of each moment of the product. The main tank has 3 walls. To make sauce,mayonnaise,ketchup or cosmetics that need to be cooked, steam or hot water is filled between the first and second walls and the main tank wall becomes very hot. Therefore, for the safety of the operator, rock wool insulation is placed between the second and third walls to prevent heat transfer out of the mixer.
