1. Materials are mixed in water and oil pans by heating and stirring
2. The vacuum pump is used to suck in the emulsification pan, and the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper always caters to the shape of the mixing pan through the central mixing in the upper part of the emulsification pan, so as to clean up the wall sticking materials and constantly create a new interface for the materials to be taken
3. Through the shearing, compression and folding of blades and rotary blades, they are stirred and mixed and flow down to the homogenizer under the pot. The materials are cut in the shear joint and quickly broken into 200nm-2um particles through the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other processes between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve.
4. As the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the mixing process of materials are timely pumped away
