1. The vacuum emulsifying mixing machine is composed of vacuum homogeneous emulsifier, homogeneous boiler, scraping mixers, vacuum system, electrical heating or steam heating temperature-control system, electric cap-hoisting system, electric control cabinet, etc. 2. In the production of traditional high-viscosity materials, especially ointments, greases and emulsions, the finished emulsions are unstable or too coarse to accommodate large-sized particles and air intake. In order to solve these problems, we designed JT series vacuum homogenizer emulsifier, including homogenizer, central mixing blade and scraper, which is a good combination. In addition to this, the machine uses vacuum to avoid air entry to ensure high quality finished products. 3. The pot body is made of high-quality stainless steel plate by pressing and welding, and the emulsification process is carried out in a fully enclosed state to prevent dust and microbial contamination. 4. The pot body has three layers, and heating and cooling are realized on the same layer. The exterior is coated with aluminum silicate coating to prevent operator burns and ensure safe production. 5. All contacts are made of high quality stainless steel (316L for pharmaceutical use, inner surface treatment: mirror polished, hygienic cleaning vacuum and mixing device, GMP standard.)
